What is the purpose of using Arbitersports?
Arbitersports is a web-based platform used for scheduling, managing and communicating information for sports officials, coaches and athletic programs.
Why am I getting an error message when attempting to log in?
There could be a few reasons for this, such as entering an incorrect username or password, or your account may have been disabled. Try resetting your password or contacting your administrator for assistance.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the prompts. You will receive an email with instructions on resetting your password.
Can I change my username?
Your username is unique and cannot be changed in the system. However, you can edit your displayed name or contact your administrator for further assistance.
What do I do if I am unable to view my schedule?
If you are unable to view your schedule, make sure you are logged into the correct account or contact your assigner for assistance.
How do I find my game location information?
To find your game location, go to your schedule page and click on the game. The game information, including location, will be displayed.
My game is cancelled. What should I do?
If your game is cancelled, you will receive an automatic notification via email or text. Contact your assigner or the athletic program for further information.
Why am I not receiving notifications for game assignments?
Make sure your contact information is up-to-date in your profile, and check your notification settings to ensure they are enabled.
What is Self-Assign and how does it work?
Self-Assign is a feature that allows officials to pick up available assignments on their own, without waiting for an assigner to assign them. Refer to the Self-Assign guide for more information.
How do I add my availability for games?
You can add your availability for games in your profile by selecting the dates and times you are available.
Can I block out dates when I am unavailable for games?
Yes, you can block out dates when you are unavailable in your profile. Your assigner will not be able to assign you to any games during those dates.
Why am I unable to edit my availability for a certain date?
If the date is marked as a blackout date by your assigner, you will not be able to edit your availability for that date.
Can I upload my game reports to the system?
Yes, you can upload game reports by clicking the Report Final button on your schedule page and following the prompts.
How do I view my payment status?
You can view your payment status by going to the Payments tab on your profile page. Any pending or completed payments will be displayed here.
My payment has not been processed. What should I do?
If your payment has not been processed, contact your assigner for assistance. They will be able to view the payment status and assist you further.
How do I change my contact information?
You can change your contact information in your profile by clicking on the Edit Profile button. Make sure to save any changes made.
I am not receiving any game assignments. What could be the issue?
There could be various reasons for this, such as lack of availability, your account may be disabled, or there may be a technical issue. Contact your assigner for further assistance.
Can I swap my assignment with another official?
Yes, you can initiate a swap by clicking on the Swap button on your schedule page and following the prompts. The other official must accept the swap for it to be finalized.
I am unable to access my invoices. What should I do?
Make sure your account is up-to-date and your contact information is correct. If you are still unable to access your invoices, contact your assigner for assistance.
How do I request a change or correction to my assignment?
Contact your assigner to request any changes or corrections to your assignments. They will be able to assist you further.
Why am I seeing unassigned games on my schedule?
These unassigned games may not have been filled yet by your assigner. Keep an eye on your schedule for any updates.
Why is my game location incorrect?
Your game location may be incorrect if your assigner has not updated it yet. Contact them for assistance in updating the location.
I am not receiving any notifications for new game assignments. What could be the issue?
Make sure your notification settings are enabled and your contact information is up-to-date. If the issue persists, contact your assigner for further assistance.
Can I add notes or comments to my assignments?
Yes, you can add notes or comments to your assignments by clicking on the Notes button on your schedule page.
I am getting an error when attempting to upload my official's photo. What should I do?
Make sure your photo meets the requirements (size, format, etc.) and try again. If the error persists, contact your administrator for assistance.
How do I become an official on Arbitersports?
Contact your local athletic program or association and inquire about their process for becoming an official on Arbitersports.
