What is HiveSocial?

How do I sign up for HiveSocial?

I forgot my password for HiveSocial. How can I reset it?

How do I add my social media accounts to HiveSocial?

I am getting an error message when trying to add my Facebook account to HiveSocial. What should I do?
Check your Facebook account settings to make sure you have given HiveSocial permission to access your account. You may also need to re-enter your login credentials in HiveSocial.
Can I schedule posts for multiple social media accounts at once using HiveSocial?
Yes, you can schedule posts for multiple social media accounts at once using the Bulk Scheduler feature in HiveSocial.
I accidentally scheduled a post for the wrong date/time. How can I edit it?
To edit a scheduled post, go to the Scheduled Posts tab and click on the post you want to edit. You can then make any necessary changes and click Save.
Can I see the analytics for my social media posts on HiveSocial?
Yes, you can view analytics for your posts by going to the Analytics tab in HiveSocial. You will be able to see data such as engagement, reach, and clicks for each post.
I am unable to upload an image to my post on HiveSocial. What could be the issue?
Check the file size and format of the image. HiveSocial supports JPG, JPEG, and PNG files with a maximum size of 5MB.
I am trying to add a team member to my HiveSocial account but I am getting an error message. What should I do?
Make sure the email address you are using to add the team member is correct and that they do not already have an account with HiveSocial. If the issue persists, try using a different email address.
