Can I pay for someone else's parking using Parkster?

How do I start a parking session?

Why is my parking session not starting?
There could be a few reasons for this. Make sure you have entered the correct location number or scanned the QR code correctly. Also, check your internet connection as it is needed to start a parking session.
How do I extend my parking session?
You can extend your parking session by going to the "My Sessions" section in the app and selecting the session you want to extend. You will then be able to add more time and pay for it.
Can I get a refund for unused parking time?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for unused parking time. You can extend your parking session if you need more time.
Why am I unable to pay for parking with my credit/debit card?
There could be a few reasons for this. Make sure your card is not expired and has enough funds. Also, check with your bank to ensure there are no issues with your card.
How do I add a promo code to my account?
You can add a promo code by going to the "Promo Codes" section in the app and entering the code.
Can I use promo codes for every parking session?
No, promo codes may have expiration dates or can only be used for certain locations. Make sure to check the terms and conditions for each promo code before using it.
How do I report a problem with a parking meter?

Why am I receiving a "location not supported" message?
This means that Parkster is not currently available in that particular location. We are constantly expanding our services, so check back later to see if your location has been added.
What should I do if I am unable to print my parking receipt?
If you are unable to print the receipt, you can take a screenshot of the receipt in the app or save the digital receipt to your device.
Can I use Parkster in other countries?
Currently, Parkster is only available in Sweden and Norway. We are working on expanding to other countries in the future.
