How do I connect my social media accounts to selzy?
To connect your social media accounts to selzy, click on the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Social Accounts" from the menu. Then, click on the "Connect Account" button next to the social media platform you want to connect.
What social media platforms does selzy support?
Selzy currently supports Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Why can't I schedule posts for my Facebook Page on selzy?
To schedule posts for your Facebook Page on selzy, you must be an administrator or editor for that Page. If you are not, you will not be able to schedule posts for that Page.
How do I schedule a post on selzy?
To schedule a post on selzy, click on the "+" button in the bottom right corner of the screen and select the social media platform you want to post on. Then, fill in the necessary details and click on "Schedule" to choose a date and time for the post to be published.
Can I schedule multiple posts at the same time on selzy?
Yes, you can schedule multiple posts at the same time on selzy by selecting the posts you want to schedule and then clicking on the "Schedule Selected" button.
Why are my scheduled posts not being published on Instagram?
Selzy is not able to automatically publish posts on Instagram due to restrictions set by the platform. Instead, you will receive a notification when it's time to manually publish the post.
How do I edit or delete a scheduled post on selzy?
To edit or delete a scheduled post on selzy, click on the "Scheduled Posts" tab and find the post you want to edit or delete. Then, click on the three dots icon and select "Edit" or "Delete."
Can I use selzy to schedule posts for multiple social media accounts?
Yes, you can connect multiple social media accounts to selzy and schedule posts for all of them at once.
How far in advance can I schedule a post on selzy?
You can schedule posts on selzy up to one year in advance.
Why am I getting an error message when trying to connect my social media accounts?

Why are my scheduled posts not appearing on my Pinterest boards?
Selzy is only able to schedule posts for Pinterest boards that you are an owner or collaborator of. If you are not the owner or collaborator of a board, you will not be able to schedule posts for that board.
How do I change the time zone for my scheduled posts on selzy?
To change the time zone for your scheduled posts on selzy, go to the "Account" tab in your account settings and click on "Change Time Zone." Then, select the desired time zone and save your changes.
Can I schedule video posts on selzy?
Currently, selzy only supports scheduling images and text posts. We are continuously working on adding support for video posts in the future.
Can I use selzy to schedule posts for Instagram Stories?
Yes, you can schedule posts for Instagram Stories on selzy by selecting "Instagram" as the social media platform and choosing "Story" as the post type.
How do I know when it's time to post my scheduled post on Instagram?
You will receive a notification on your mobile device from the selzy app when it's time to manually publish the post on Instagram.
Can I schedule recurring posts on selzy?
Yes, you can schedule recurring posts on selzy by selecting the "Recurring" option when scheduling a post. This feature is only available on our paid plans.
