  • Open an INAD case, get your refund. Seller will have to send you a return label if they want the stuff back
  • If the pictures showed items you didn't receive, it'd be an easy INAD claim to win. Don't wait for responses or allow the seller to stall. >Surely there's something in place between all or nothing Nope. Either you are pleased with the exchange of your money for the goods you received, or you're not.
  • Just like everyone else is saying, open an INAD case and send the entire lot back.

  • Why would you get penalized for the buyer not paying? Cancel in 4 days for buyer hasn't paid.
  • Buy It Now is the way.
  • I wait a week to message and let them know I will relist the item in a few days. I try to be nice and just make the assumption they are waiting for payday.
  • I require immediate payments on all items, if they want the item they should pay for it right away.
