  • Hello, yes I had the same problem. This happened shortly after 6pm EST today. I was updating some work experience, and suddenly after hitting refresh, the link for my profile page became a dead/corrupted link. I am able to log on now, but I can only see my feed...if I try to go to my profile, it comes up as a dead/inaccessible link. My colleagues also can't find my profile, as if it disappeared from LinkedIn. I tried reaching out to Help Desk, but I've had no luck yet.
  • Same here. You know what's worse? For whatever reason, the support centre is collapsing as well. Customer service says they cannot find a binding account under the provided email (even though I am still able to log in with said email account). And I cannot use the online chat service. AND I cannot successfully send out a response to the bloody service ticket I created on my support centre without getting an error. AND they don't provide the error code. I think Microsoft has successfully deprived me of all my sanity (or whatever has left after job search).

Engagement rate of 5.6%

Hey guys! As I understand it, a 5.6% engagement rate is relatively high, right? The problem is that I get low impressions! About 106. What should I do to improve the impressions number of my posts?...

  • Engagement rate doesn't matter. Justin Welsh has it around 1.5%. You should grow active followers and experiment with the hook.
  • I like how everyones throwing random advice at you. 2 things: 1. How many followers do you have? 2. How many times do you engage with other people’s content daily?
  • Tag people and companies! Experiment with hashtags.
  • you need to post in peak hours / days: Tu, We, Th are best days between 8 am - noon Actively like other posts (2 or of the same person - you show up in their feed - they may like back)
  • Short posts are easier to engage with. I found humor is powerful. Click bait strategy does work for LinkedIn posts. I recommend trying to add a relevant image to your post.
