  • Make a Decision after the Screen and check if the Field has a Value and if the current User has X Department/Division or whatever you use to identify them, if no Value was given and the user is from that deparmet, lead them back to the same screen and display text (with a viewing condition) that the lookup was empty and they have to fill it. No Formula Shenanigans needed. Edit: Using Validaten Rules in Screen Flows, are a mess. It's 2024, Salesforce is pushing Flows as much as they can and they still haven't made it possible to simply show the Validation Rule Error inside a Flow. Also you can't Validate Record Fields, which is quite... stupid and Validation in Flows have to be false (opposite of validations on objects) to trigger.
