  • Following. And I am also having the same issue. I notified support and they just said to basically let the filters do their jobs
  • I had this problem a few years ago and discovered that although the IP address was different each time, they were using the same german datacenter. So I banned the datacenter's hostname from my server and that solved the issue. I don't know how to do that on Shopify though. Maybe somebody here knows of an app that can do it.

  • I’m not sure about the printify side of things, but if you chat with support they will be able to help you out I bet. At least on their side of things. In the Shopify side, I’ve noticed that in an effort to be mobile/speed optimized, themes render images blurry even if you upload high quality images. So if it’s on your Shopify site it could just be the theme. I know Dawn does this but can be fixed in code.
  • Definitely going to be a problem. I’d literally never order anything if it had blurry mock ups, and definitely wouldn’t order anything if it’s a sketch of what I’m ordering.. Try mocking them up on a different website/platform & see if it’s better? Reach out to support on printify to get an explanation to why it’s happening. Last resort would unfortunately be ordering them to do photoshoots yourself. But blurry images? You won’t get sales. Drawing mock ups? Not as bad as blurry images but still bad. Both those routes will make your path to success extremely difficult.
