  • Everyone has dealt with similar. Either your traffic is crap, or your website is crap, or something (shopping cart?) is broken and preventing people from checking out. Start working your way down the funnel.
  • most people who aren't professional web designers have that issue. yet some products will sell either way. optimize the site for sales. get going!
  • This is extremely vague. There are a million possible reasons. If you have a poor product/offer/etc then no amount of traffic will matter. Someone recently posted about this, their store was full of their logo on various shirts and garments, in a few variants. No other original designs or artwork, just their brand name/logo. Who would want to spend EXTRA getting a printed shirt with a random unknown brand? The logo variations didn't even look good on it's own, which may be harsh but it's the reality. Anyway 25k sessions can mean a lot of things. It can mean you are bringing in the wrong traffic. If you market to the wrong people then even if they get to your site, they aren't going to convert. This is a factor of understanding your target market very very well. No one can truly know their market 100% but you need to put in a lot of work here. The more accurate you are in this step, the more effective your marketing methods will be. Then you can focus on figuring out which marketing methods to try, how much to spend on each and stay on top of analytics. This will involve trial and error. For example, split testing your email list or ads. Seeing which ads or offers do better. Ok so you have better qualified traffic coming in. This should naturally increase your conversion rate, but the next factor is the site itself. Make sure it's not broken, check for 'red flags' and design issues like low res graphics and images. Evaluate the check out process and shipping rates. The basics. Basically learn more about the sales funnel and each component or step. Start at the top and work your way down. It's a process, there's no magic bullet.

  • Have you configured your shipping settings yet? I am not sure what the default setting is, but if you have fulfillable inventory set to only show within markets you ship to, then a missing shipping rate within the DSers shipping profile for your own market would make products appear out of stock: [Setting up fulfillable inventory](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/fulfillment/setup/fulfillable-inventory). Does it also show out of stock when you preview them through the theme customizer?

  • >In short: I cannot verify my primary .com domain on Facebook (due to prior ownership, I have lost any hope of that request being dealt with), so I was advised to buy a new domain for my shop, verify that, and then "all would be well." Facebook domain verification [only requires an HTML tag](https://www.facebook.com/business/help/321167023127050) added to your head. You can't do that? Why would the previous owner be needed for that? Changing domains is a BIG DEAL - especially if you can't access the old one to make sure redirections and stuff are done properly.
